
What is conflict coaching?
Sometimes people refuse to talk about a problem and ignore any attempts by others to work things out and resolve the issues. This can be very difficult to understand and very frustrating if it is you who wants the problem sorted out. You can be left feeling powerless and not knowing what to do next; this is where Conflict Coaching could be useful.
How can AMS help?
Conflict Coaching is used when, Party 2 (the other party) is not yet ready to participate in formal mediation. In these instances, AMS will engage with Party 1 (the instigator) to work towards a solution and help them to understand what is important to them and how they might address and manage the situation from their perspective.
