GDPR Policy

You have probably heard about the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on the 25th of May 2018. The GDPR builds on existing data protection laws across the EU by giving more rights to individuals over their personal information.

The Trustees of the Ashford Mediation Service have updated their Privacy Notice to reflect these changes. This is located on our website under Services.

The Trustees process your personal information so that they can manage information that they send to you regarding their services and your role as a Mediator, Partner, Supplier or Client.
